Greetings from my heart to yours!
As I write this I am filled with joy and gratitude for all the wonderful people in my life and the "magic" of the internet. If it was not for these interactions, I would not be in touch with amazingly health conscious people passionate about the vegan movement and good food. I am so grateful for Victoria Moon and her web community "Permissiontoheal.org", all my vegan friends on fb, and my roommate Crystal for trying her best to keep me healthy despite my protests. :-)
So I am back on a strict Vegan diet after taking some time off. So I weigh 200 pounds. Not bad considering I wasn't paying attention to my diet. That being said my diet hasn't been horrible either. My biggest vice remains my addiction to soda pop. Need to exercise on a more consistent basis. Today I ate.... Breakfast, Vegan French Toast with walnuts, berries, pineapple and kiwi......Dinner was Rice with Walnuts, Raisins, kidney Beans, Tomato and Broccoli. Yum!
Finally, I saw a news report that Bill Clinton is now a Vegan! It was on the NBC nighly news.
