My mission is to be personally successful. How do I define success and have I attained it? Yes but it is a constant effort, ever changing, developing! Emerson’s words explain best my personal belief of being successful:
“To laugh often and much, to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children;
to earn the appreciation of honest critics and ensure the betrayal of false associates; to appreciate beauty, to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know even one life has breathed easier because I have lived. This is to have succeeded! ….and, if there is a road block, obstacle, or hindrance a foot, which there always is, keep your regal bearing.
