thank you. i am very powerful.
i believe that is because the Universe supports the actions that are in line w my Higher Good... and i take many actions inside of that.
and.. me, human being, brain w addiction cycles that have beaten me down to pure insanity and suffering.. that part of me...
is totally and utterly POWERLESS over my addictions. i admit this with the deepest gratitude. this is surrender. for once, i may allow the very same Universe Higher Power, to guide my way, and give me the strength to OBEY my inner most will and stop this self-torture.
i have learned that i have boundaries.. of where my power stops (as an individual being) and where the Universe may take over (so that i may ride the wave). i am profoundly moved by the love and support i feel when i let go of this control and pray, allowing God to step in. friends are calling at the perfect time. i am seeing what i need to see. this Universe takes care of me.
yes i am powerful. i am YOU.. and WE, together, have all the power we need!!!

Great to have you! I really acknowlege you for just jumping in. The truth is anyone can benefit from more raw foods and bringing a healing intention to mealtime and prep. So the key is to find what's comfortable for us and take it on fully because our diets really do make a difference! And our health makes all the difference!
