Who You Are In a New World of Health

Namaste Healers,

You are here because you are someone who is interested in creating your future of health rather than being at the effect of "health" or concepts and ideas about health. With that said it is up to us to create the healthy future we want to see, but I assert that before doing that we must create WHO WE ARE IN THE WORLD OF HEALTH.

Consider that you have no idea what this looks like. The purpose is to create something NEW that's empowering and even inspiring for you. So you may have dreams and goals for the future of health and my question to you is: "WHO DO YOU NEED TO BE FOR YOUR FUTURE OF HEALTH TO BE A REALITY?"

Please write this down and share it! Begin with WHO I AM IN THE FUTURE OF HEALTH IS...

And then after you do that, write down what your Healthy Future looks like. And include details! What it looks like, what's happening, how do you feel...? Make it as real as possible... this makes it possible! And lastly, have fun with this! There's no right answers; we're simply creating what we want. InJoy!
